Purple Ski has been offering catered chalet holidays in Méribel since 1991; our portfolio of chalets has evolved over the years and this season we are pleased to offer five of Méribel's finest chalets, as well as one of Courchevel 1850's and three of Val d'Isere's. We are very excited to announce that as of 2020, we have four luxury villas on our Purple Summer portfolio. Two luxury villas in Northern Mallorca and the South of France. We intend to keep our portfolio intentionally small, providing exceptional villas and impeccable cuisine.

Blending the best of 5* hotel service with a home-from-home feel, this enchanting boutique hotel is tucked away in a peaceful, sought-after area of Courchevel 1850.

Perched on the edge of the piste, it offers ski-in ski-out access to the Three Valleys ski area, while also being just a short complimentary shuttle ride from the resort’s fabulous dining and shopping scene. With luxurious yet cosy chalet-style décor and a family-friendly atmosphere, Hotel La Sivolière is truly a hidden gem.

Small and intimate, the hotel features just 35 rooms and suites, including two three-bedroom apartments, giving it an air of privacy and exclusivity. We love the bedrooms for their homely alpine comforts, from crackling log fires and wood-clad walls to sofas you could sink into forever.

After a day exploring the mountains, the hotel’s Scentiana Spa is a tranquil place to retreat to. Swim a few laps in the beautiful emerald-coloured pool with its counter-current system, before soothing tired limbs in the sauna or steam room.

Hotel La Sivolière also boasts its own restaurant, La Table de Madame, specialising in creative French dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Chalet Harmony Has Been Nominated at the World Ski Awards! 🎊 The World Ski Awards

The title of France’s Best Ski Chalet has been held by our fabulous Chalet Machapuchare since 2023, and while it’s not hard to see why, Chalet Machapuchare is not the only chalet in our collection worthy of this accolade.

That’s why we’re thrilled that our utterly magnificent Chalet Harmony has now been nominated for the award.

This is not Harmony’s first appearance at the World Ski Awards – it was crowned World’s Best New Ski Chalet back in 2024, when it had only just opened its doors for the first time.

With your help, we’d now love for it to follow in Chalet Machapuchare’s footsteps and secure its place as the best chalet in France.

HAMEAU ALBERT 1ER ✨ Spanning multiple charming, chalet-style buildings, the oldest of which dates to 1903, this monumental Relais & Châteaux hotel is almost a village in itself. Perched on the edge of Chamonix centre, it is just minutes from the town’s many shops and restaurants, while offering an array of fabulous facilities within its sprawling, peaceful grounds.
