☑️31 March 2026 is the deadline to claim backdated savings under the 2023 Rating List. If eligible, you could reclaim up to 3 years of overpaid rates.

☑️1 April 2026 brings new Rateable Values into effect, shaping your liability through to 2029. The draft list is already live.

The average London office vacancy rate fell to 7.5% in Q4 of last year - a sharp decrease from 9.0% in Q3, and below levels seen throughout 2025.

Total availability fell to 20.6 million sq ft in Q4, one of the most meaningful quarter-on-quarter reductions in recent years.

This reduction reflects a combination of:
▪️ improved take-up
▪️ reduced early-marketed space
▪️ improved absorption of ready-to-occupy offices

The market shifted from surplus conditions toward tighter occupational fundamentals, particularly in core submarkets.
