People often ask me what I look for when sourcing a property.

The truth is, there isn’t one perfect property for everyone.

A property that’s right for one investor may be completely wrong for another. That’s why I don’t start with the property, I start with the person’s goals.

From there, I look at the location, the numbers, the potential to add value, and the exit strategy before making a recommendation.

For me, property sourcing isn’t about finding the cheapest deal. It’s about finding the right opportunity for the person investing.
