Completely forgot to do this reveal for our beautiful Penenden Heath project for a lovely client. Look back to see the posts of the progress work. This space is just stunning! The tri-fold doors with integrated blinds are gorgeous. All ready for the client to dress to her taste which she has started to do. Gorgeous Howdens kitchen and a bespoke quartzite worktop. Warmup under-floor heating throughout and beautiful radiators from Claygate. The LVT floor runs to all downstairs areas. A gorgeous transformation.

Newly created en-suite room and bathroom renovation for awesome friends and clients. Simple brief but some complex infrastructure having the 2 rooms back to back. Thank you to John and Simon as always with our friends and suppliers -

Back to back full bathroom renovation and entirely new shower room. Next door to each other so should be fun!

Extremely quick turn-around of this bathroom for a wonderful client in Borough Green. Rip-out and replaced with shower panels, new shower tray and enclosure, shower valve, mirror and basin unit. 5 days total. Amtico floor remained, but luckily client had spares to patch in. Radiator came off but put back in place. Bath remained but re-panelled under. Also re-trimmed window and added ledge.

Part 4- Penenden Heath downstairs reno-
The kitchen, diner and snug were to be decked out for underfloor heating and the client decided they wanted the rest of the downstairs heated also. Using the system in 2 large areas, Always making sure the fuse board has capacity! Will be controlled by smart thermostats. All then covered by at least 10mm latex as we are installing LVT and that needs to be suitable also for underfloor heating.

Part 2 of this Penenden Heath project for an awesome client! Continuing to rip-out and first-fix with some outside preparation and installation of a new keystone lintel. Keystone were super helpful in a specific specification due to a small cavity. Previous door installer did not alert my client of the sub-standard support and whilst there were additional costs, it is always best to make the right decision. Part 3 coming soon!
