DEFRA have provided farmers and landowners a major update on the Sustainable Farming Incentive 2026 scheme, to include:

📋 Applications open in June for those without existing agreements, September where existing agreements are in place.
💵 A cap of £100,000 per agreement per year
🐮 Removal of previous options including management plans
🌾 Reduced payment rates for some options, including CSAM3
