Well... June was a bit busy 😅

We're not saying the coffee machine deserves Employee of the Month... but it's certainly in the running. ☕️

June was a great reminder of what happens when you have the right people, the right processes, and a business built to grow. We achieved some incredible milestones while continuing to deliver the service our clients expect from us.

A huge thank you to every client who trusted us, every estate agent who worked alongside us, and our brilliant team for making it all possible. Growth is always a team effort and we're incredibly proud of what we've achieved together this month and the hard work that got us here.

I thought it was time for a little re-introduction 👋

I’m Ashley, founder of The Sales Progression Co.

After 20+ years of working within the property industry, I saw first hand how much pressure estate agents are under, juggling sales, becoming marketing guru's chasing updates, managing client expectations and trying to keep chains together all at once.
And honestly?
I knew there had to be a better (more structured) way!

That’s why I created The Sales Progression Co, a service built around proactive communication, genuine relationships and giving clients the experience they deserve during what can often be a stressful process.

For me, our business isn’t just about getting a sale over the line.
It’s about:

Today we’re celebrating 2 incredible years of The Sales Progression Company.

✨ Grown into a strong team of seven

✨ Created a more transparent home moving process for our clients

It hasn’t always been easy, it's been a learning curve but every challenge has taught us a valuable lesson and shaped who we are as a business today!

A huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far; our amazing staff who always go above and beyond for buyers and sellers, our valued estate agent clients that have become friends, our tech partners who help us constantly make a better client experience and of course our sidelines supporters.

In particular I want to thank my long suffering other half! I'm sorry for all the dinners I left you to cook whilst my head was buried in my laptop, thank you for always being on hand to provide free tech and problem solving support, not to mentioned the listening ear to the many many vents!

We wouldn’t be here without any of you.
