New ONS data shows Northern rental demand is accelerating,
while London house prices have now fallen for 11 consecutive months.

[BoE Latest Rate🏦] The Bank of England held at 3.75%,
voting 6 to 3 for a sixth time. Same hawks, same split.

But the tone shifted.
Bailey warned it is likely that policy may have to tighten.

CPI hit 3.1%, heading above 4% by early 2027.
Oil up 36%.
Gas up 78%.

The Fed and ECB have already raised.

The Bank of England decides on this Thursday.
3 members already voted to raise. 🏦

The July vote tightened to 6 to 3, CPI inflation has since climbed to 2.9%, and swap rates are at a three year high.
Markets are pricing the base rate at around 4.3% by March. One more vote and it is 5 to 4. 👀

85% of consultation respondents backed Liverpool's Mayoral Development Corporation.
The project is up to 17,000 homes on 174 hectares of brownfield. 🏗️

Formal proposal due 25 September.
If approved, it becomes the largest single regeneration project in the North.
