Saturday question - and we want everyone to answer this one. 😄👀
Empty room or virtually staged - which one would make YOU book a viewing?

We used virtual staging at a development in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire - a site with a couple of plots remaining where empty rooms were making it genuinely difficult for buyers to visualise the space.
And here is the thing most buyers will not tell you directly. They are not scrolling past because the property is wrong for them. They are scrolling past because they simply cannot picture it. 😬

Buyers do not purchase a home rationally. They purchase it emotionally - and then use logic to justify the decision afterwards.
