Look after your mental health - if the deal is too big for you, it can put you down…start with what you got, where you are, with the knowledge you have…

The Escalation Sale

Years ago, I used to “perform” on stage…host webinars and sell something cheap…then, when someone was in “my” room, sell them something else, more expensive…

This is called the Escalation Sale…

I gave that up around 8 years ago because selling a “course” doesn’t work for people…a strategy only exists to sell you information on that particular strategy…there’s at least 15 different property strategies and a weekend course a £2,000 will take £30k to learn them all - for that money, you could have bought a house…

Can you see why I stopped..?

Education doesn’t serve the client (you), it serves the company selling the information.

I used to speak at property networking events but, that doesn’t work either because you’re paying £20 to be pitched something…

So, what’s the answer..?

I started doing just coaching, on a 121 basis…I have to discover where someone is first, then see if I can help…

It’s a different way of learning, not a course, no escalation, nothing more to buy…simply

It sounds simple right..? Well, it is…through my many years of being in property, I’ve done or learnt about all of the strategies, do my own deals and look after my 121 clients - I’ve formed my Property Family, 289 121 clients, all supported on Zoom ,on the phone, live “on the ground” support, even help on the tools…

A touch depressed…

Don’t be…the Government are after, what they perceive, as the wealthy…landlords have, for the most part over the last 25 years, escaped the “system” and become successful.

When our generation were growing up – our parents taught us to study hard and if we were academic, then Uni, if not then College…then study some more to get as good a job as possible, then work harder, do overtime, get promoted….work for 45 years, then play a bit of golf and die…

In the Mid 90’s there became a generation of people that woke up…the light bulb went on…we didn’t want to be our parents, we rebelled…we started businesses, we added value and charged for it…I hated my father when I was 17 but, he got wiser as I got into my 20’s… 

Lot’s got into property and made it…the Government can’t take that away from us…no Government can…the property people can’t hide…some display their wealth too much and that’s noticed…when you create wealth, buy the toys you think you want but, not shiny stuff…there’s shiny people and non shiny people – buy non shiny stuff not “bling”…

Our parents were wrong (bless them) – we changed the “system” – no longer will people have to work for 45 years to get a gold watch…no one goes down a pit to put food on the table.

This is a glorious time to be alive…the best in history. We have the most toys, the best clothes, the best food, the wealthiest pensioners, the best help for the less abled…in all of history…

We, no longer have to be born into wealth to create wealth…YOU can do it to…for you, your family, your kids…

Once the light bulb goes on, it’ll never go off.

No Government can take what’s yours, if you add value…make something better, build assets, be prepared to pivot…

It’s your time now…
