In just two weeks time, on Friday 25 September, our teams from FSG Property Services and M3 Property Maintenance will take on:

🥾 24 miles
⛰️ 3 peaks
⏱️ Around 12 hours

The training has been well underway, including a 17km walk around the Ivinghoe Beacon Ridgeway via the National Trust Ashridge Estate, while other members of the team have been tackling some serious peaks of their own.

We're doing this to raise money for the Oxford Kidney Unit Trust, in loving memory of Andrew Milne.

😊 Feel Good Friday | Celebrating Paul 😊

There’s plenty to feel good about this Friday, especially when we get to celebrate great people.

Today, we’re celebrating Paul Parkinson and his 12-month milestone since returning to FSG Property Services! 🎉

A year ago, Paul made the decision to return to the business, and what a year it’s been.

Over the past 12 months, Paul has played a key role in delivering large-scale projects, improving our systems and processes, and helping to build a strong foundation for the next stage of FSG’s journey.

There’s still plenty of ongoing projects, but we’re incredibly proud of the contribution Paul has made and the impact he’s had since returning to the team.

A huge congratulations and thank you to Paul for an excellent first 12 months back at FSG. 👏

It's been a busy few weeks here at FSG...here's a snapshot of what our teams have been up to recently across a number of projects and partnerships.

Over the last few weeks we've been delivering:

✅ Roofing, window and door replacement works in High Wycombe and Marlow
✅ External refurbishment and energy-efficiency improvements in Northampton
✅ More than 4,000 responsive repairs for Amplius during 2026
✅ Bathroom, wet room and cloakroom renewal programmes for residents

Across every project, our focus remains the same - delivering high-quality work, maintaining strong relationships with our clients and providing the best possible experience for residents.

We're incredibly proud of the commitment shown by our teams, supervisors, operatives, support staff and supply chain partners, who continue to deliver excellent results across a wide range of programmes.

⛰️ 24 Miles | 3 Peaks | 17 Team Members | 1 Mission ⛰️

In just 7 weeks, 17 members of our team from FSG Property Services and M3 Property Maintenance will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.

The training is well underway, and it's fantastic to see the dedication from the team. Some have been putting in the miles at Ivanhoe Beacon, while others have taken on Scafell Pike - all in preparation for the challenge ahead.

Every training walk, every step and every blister is helping us get ready for September, but we're also focused on raising as much money as possible for a fantastic cause.

Progress Continues in Northampton...

Great progress is being made on our Phase 1 Cladding & Tile-Hung Replacement Project in Northampton.

We're pleased to have successfully completed 24 properties in Phase 1, with works now well underway on Phase 2.

This project involves a complete strip-out of the existing external system, removing the original tiles, insulation, and battens back to the cavity before installing a fully upgraded external wall system, including:

- 175mm fire-rated insulation
- Fire board
- Plywood
- Breathable membrane
- Intumescent strips
- Hardie® Plank cladding

The new external build-up will deliver significant improvements in fire safety, thermal performance, and energy efficiency, providing a modern, durable solution for residents.

With scaffolding in place and works progressing well, it's fantastic to see another project moving forward on programme.

We’re proud to share that five members of the FSG Property Services team have successfully completed their First Aid training.⛑️🩹

The team completed a blended course with Be First Aid Ready, with one day online followed by 1.5 days of face-to-face practical training. This worked really well for everyone, allowing the team to complete the theory in their own time and get the most out of the practical sessions.

It was such an informative course, and we’re pleased to have even more team members equipped with essential first aid knowledge and skills.

A big thank you to Debra at Be Ready First Aid for delivering such a fantastic course.

The feedback from our team was brilliant:

“Debra explained each concept clearly, and we really valued the hands-on practical sessions. The blended course worked brilliantly for our team, allowing everyone to complete the first day in their own time and get the most out of the face-to-face training.

Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge! ⛰️

On 25th September, a group of us from FSG Property Services, alongside colleagues from M3 Property Maintenance, will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in support of the Oxford Kidney Unit Trust.

This challenge is being completed in loving memory of Andrew Milne, father of M3 Director Stuart Milne, who sadly passed away earlier this year.

We’ll be walking 24 miles across the Yorkshire Dales, climbing Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, with the aim of completing them all within 12 hours.

It’s going to be an incredibly tough challenge, but we’re proud to be taking it on together for such an important cause.

Training has been ongoing for weeks now, with bootcamps in all weather conditions and long-distance walks helping us prepare. Last weekend, we completed a 10-mile training walk together.

We are incredibly proud to support the team and stand alongside them in raising funds for the Oxford Kidney Unit Trust in Andrew’s memory.

✨ Matt’s Milestone ✨

Today’s ‘Feel Good Friday’ is all about celebrating an incredible milestone for a truly valued member of the FSG Property Services team.

Matt is marking an amazing 19 years with FSG Property Services, and what a contribution he has made over the years.

As our Quality, Health & Safety Manager, Matt has been instrumental in helping the business achieve and maintain numerous accreditations, ensuring we continue to work to the highest standards. More importantly, he works tirelessly to make sure everyone, whether in the office or out on site, goes home safe every day.

Alongside this, Matt is also one of our Mental Health First Aiders. He is always willing to make time for people, listen without judgement, and offer support when it's needed most. His recent Mental Health First Aid refresher training reflects his ongoing commitment to helping create a workplace where people feel supported, valued and able to talk openly about their wellbeing.

For 19 years, Matt has been a trusted colleague, a reassuring presence, and someone who genuinely cares about both people and the business.

Matt, thank you for your dedication, professionalism, kindness and everything you do for FSG.

We are incredibly lucky to have you on the team and proud to celebrate this fantastic milestone with you.
