Full toilet cistern internals & coupling seal kit fitted for customer, obviously been leaking a while as rust everywhere and had to grind bolts off

Call out for repeat customer, previous plumber drilled into pipework, it was fixed by another plumber but then was still leaking. We did a temporary fix & going to quote to remove all plastic in wall for copper and run down side of wall away from the radiator. All tiles will have to be removed & re boarded before tiling as all boards are soaked.

Blockage sorted out today, bathroom fitter installed flexi straight into elbow which it needs to go into pipe then into fitting. The man hole outside was a nightmare to remove so we had to persist getting up. We managed to remove blockage! Don’t flush wipes people 😩🤣
