Limited company or personal name is a conversation we have with landlords regularly, but moving an existing portfolio is a very different decision from choosing how to buy your next property.

Gareth breaks this down in Episode 132, including some of the tax, mortgage and restructuring costs that need to be considered before deciding whether incorporation actually makes sense.

There are plenty of moving parts, and sometimes the right answer might not involve moving the entire portfolio at all.
