10 years gives you perspective.
A lot has happened over the last decade â personally and professionally.
I became a dad. Arthur being born changed my priorities overnight and put everything else into context.
Iâve seen the property market rise, stall, surge, freeze, and reset. Different cycles, different pressures â lessons you only learn by playing the game long enough.
I launched with , expanding into finance and learning what it really takes to build something alongside an existing business.
Then came COVID which changed the industry overnight. We had to adapt fast, make hard decisions, and keep moving in total uncertainty.
I pushed myself physically and mentally through extreme charity challenges â choosing discomfort on purpose when life already felt uncomfortable.
A serious internal issue tested the business, my leadership, and my resilience in ways I wouldnât wish on anyone.
I married my beautiful wife â a reminder that having the right people around you matter more than any strategy.
More recently, we evolved into .sales and .agents and joined â to build something stronger and fit for the future.
And somehow along the way, Iâve ended up with four Highland cows, a flock of chickens and a Rottweiler to tend to - because I donât already have enough on my plateđ
The last 10 years have taught me this:
Growth isnât linear.
Some change is out of your control â your response isnât.
Standards, integrity, accountability, and showing up consistently still matter. Especially when itâs uncomfortable.
Letâs see what the next 10 years bringsđ°
