A good floor plan isn't about squeezing in as many rooms as possible. It's about how you'll actually live in them.

Take The Rowan

Ground floor: kitchen/dining opening straight onto the garden for the sociable stuff, a separate lounge for switching off, plus a study/snug, utility, downstairs WC and proper storage.

Upstairs: four bedrooms, a generous main with en suite, and a separate family bathroom.

But here's what we really love, it changes with you.

The study becomes a playroom. Bedroom 4 becomes a home office. Rooms shift purpose as your family does.
Because we're not designing for move-in day. We're designing for year ten.

It wasn't too long ago that we were breaking ground here in Bramcote. Since then, we've watched roads appear, foundations become homes, our show homes open their doors and, most importantly, our first homeowners begin moving in.

There's still plenty happening across the site as Hemlock Gate continues towards becoming a community of 169 homes, but looking back at where we started makes us incredibly proud of how far we've already come.

And we can't wait to see what comes next.
