Last week, the Anamore team got together for our Team Day & Summer BBQ - and what a day it was! ☀️👏🍔

A huge thank you to Philip Brady for facilitating the day, to our guest speaker Jim Dennison from The Simon Community for sharing his insights, and to Glen Park Estate for hosting us.

At Anamore, we really value opportunities like this. Taking time away from the day-to-day to connect, learn from one another, and have a bit of fun is so important. Strong teams are built through shared experiences, and days like these remind us why that matters.

🏗️ Wrens Cross – Progress Update 🏗️

Excellent progress continues on site at Wrens Cross, with stripping works now nearing completion and expected to be finished within the next two weeks.

Installation of the new Rockwool insulation, cement board, and EPDM systems is progressing well around the building as we continue enhancing the external wall system and improving overall building safety.

We’ve also commenced the installation of Siderise cavity barriers around the vents on the brick. This involves carefully removing sections of brickwork, installing the cavity barriers and aluminium sleeves, before reinstating the brickwork to maintain both performance and finish quality.

In addition, the internal fire compartmentation works, along with the fire door replacement and remediation works, are due to commence in the coming weeks. These works form a key part of the wider building safety improvements being delivered across the development.

A huge credit to the team on site for the high standard of workmanship delivered so far!

The feedback from residents has been genuinely humbling - from appreciation for our professionalism and communication, to the little touches along the way like our Easter and Halloween treats, handwritten notes, and Meet the Team events.
