💐🥰 A Blooming Wonderful Afternoon! 🥰💐

There were plenty of smiles, creativity and beautiful flowers as our residents enjoyed a relaxing afternoon of flower arranging with the wonderful Angela. 🌷🌺🌼

Everyone had great fun creating their own beautiful arrangements, and the finished results looked absolutely stunning! 💕✨

We’re so excited to welcome Angela to our Activities Team — we think she’s going to be a fantastic addition! 🌸❤️💐

A huge thank you to Lesley at Morrisons Ormskirk Community Champion. for the additional flowers that were so generously donated. Your kindness helped make our afternoon extra special and brought so much colour and joy to our residents. 🌸🌷❤️

Our residents had a wonderful afternoon filled with singing, dancing and lots of laughter! 🎤🎵

There’s something truly special about music — it brings back memories, lifts the mood and gets everyone joining in! 🥰

A massive thank you to JonnyG - Vocalist for another fantastic afternoon and for always knowing how to put a smile on our residents’ faces. 🌟

We certainly had plenty of fun and some brilliant dance moves along the way! 💃🎶❤️

Our residents enjoyed a fabulous Cheese & Wine afternoon as a way to welcome our new residents to the home. There was plenty of laughter, wonderful conversations, and delicious treats all around.

Our residents loved their visit to Taste Buds on Thursday. The ladies decided it was officially Happy Hour and enjoyed some delicious Pimm’s! 🍹
A big thank you to Tastebuds at the Wharf team for always welcoming us with such bright smiles and kind hospitality. We can’t wait for our next visit! ❤️

Following feedback from our recent Residents’ and Relatives’ Meeting, we’re pleased to share that, from today, our weekly activity calendar will be posted and pinned on our page every Sunday.💜
This will make it easier for relatives and friends to see what’s happening throughout the week and see what there loved ones are getting up too 🤩🥰

👀 Keep an eye on our page over the next few days, as I’ll also be sharing some important dates to remember, including upcoming trips, parties and special events as we look ahead towards the New Year! 🎉✨

Our Summer Party was an absolute hit, but the real highlight was seeing our new garden full of life! ☀️🎈

There was nothing better than watching our residents and staff’s children play outdoor games together in our beautiful new space🎲🏓⚽️
Good food, great weather, and endless laughter across generations made it a day to remember! 🌸🎲

Support Rubi’s Alzheimer’s Memory Walk 💜

Our carer Rubi will be taking part in the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk on 3rd October 2026 to raise vital funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Society.

We know only too well the impact dementia can have on individuals and their families, and we want to show our full support to Rubi as she takes on this challenge.
