I had followed up after booking the appointment and checked again on the day that they were still able to attend. To me, that is simply part of looking after a seller and respecting everybody’s time.

Jake escaped on holiday for this one, after a very busy few months, so this week Agency Uncut is down to Paula and me.

And after the couple of weeks we’ve both had, there was really only one subject to continue with…

But underneath it is something that matters enormously when you’re buying or selling a home:

I couldn’t make this year’s eXp UK Golf Day at the Forest of Arden, so Mrs O stepped in and joined Paula Davies to represent eXp Luxury UK.

Poor Matt from LOOP drew the short straw and found himself in their four-ball! 😂 with Ailish McGowan.

By all accounts, there was plenty of laughter, the sun shone for most of the afternoon and the deer and squirrels received almost as much attention as the golf.

Surprisingly, they didn’t win…

Apparently, three high handicaps and very little recent practice weren’t quite enough to trouble the leaderboard. Who knew?
