Excellent service in every respect.
I cannot praise the work Kent & Counties properties have done to achieve the quick sale of my Mums bungalow for the full asking price. They have chassed solicitors on both sides to ensure that the sale went through when it looked like it might stall. To those of you who think you may save money by using an online agent, yes you will, BUT you may end up with a lot less hair when you have to chase everyone to get anything done. The online agents have no incentive to get the deal done; they have already been paid! the traditional agent only gets paid when the whole deal is completed so he HAS the incentive to chase the stoppage all the way down the line. Why would you want to pay upfront and remove the incentive to do an excellent job? I do not even pay my window cleaner before he has done the job!
