A key milestone in the national rollout of Screwfix mini stores.

We’ve installed the first unit in a Morrisons car park, with more locations planned around the country. These stores will bring Screwfix products closer to customers, making it easier to pick up what they need while they’re out and about.

Proud to be delivering this project with Screwfix and Morrisons.

FROM DRAWING TO STRUCTURE.

Once the design is agreed, it’s time to bring it to life.

Our Shop Pods are manufactured to specification, combining precision fabrication, quality materials and carefully considered finishes to create a commercial space built around your business.

From the structural framework and glazing through to cladding and finishing details, each element comes together as part of the complete design.

And because every business is different, the pod can be tailored to suit how you want your space to look, feel and function.

COLD TOWN HOUSE | EDINBURGH

Designing for an iconic location comes with its own set of challenges.

For Cold Town House, sitting directly beneath Edinburgh Castle, we delivered a bespoke retractable roof system designed around the existing building and its incredible setting.

The result is a flexible rooftop space that can adapt to the Scottish weather, while keeping those famous views firmly at the centre of the experience.

From concept and engineering through to installation, every project starts with the space — and a solution designed specifically for it.

SPACES THAT ADAPT.

A commercial space shouldn’t be limited by the weather.

Our bespoke retractable roof systems allow hospitality and commercial venues to make more of their space — creating areas that can be opened up when the weather allows and protected when it doesn’t.

From restaurants and bars to hotels, leisure facilities and larger commercial projects, every system is designed around the space, the business and how it needs to operate.

Designed. Engineered. Installed.

We’ve just completed a retractable roof installation at Cold Town House in Edinburgh — and it completely transforms how the space can be used.

What was previously a weather-dependent rooftop is now a fully usable, all-year-round venue.

In the UK, outdoor hospitality space is often underutilised for one simple reason: the weather.

But with the right system in place, that same space can become a consistent revenue driver instead of a seasonal bonus.

This project shows what’s possible:
• Fully retractable roof system
• Weather protection without losing natural light
• Increased capacity and usability
• A premium rooftop experience, 365 days a year

We’re seeing more restaurants, bars and hotels investing in retractable roof systems to future-proof their spaces — especially rooftop venues and outdoor dining areas.

If you’ve got an outdoor area that’s only being used part of the year, it’s worth asking how much potential is being left on the table.

Happy to have a conversation with anyone looking at similar projects.
