Did you know you could win vouchers just by using Housing Perks?

Housing Perks is a free app for VIVID customers, launched through our charitable arm VIVID Plus, giving you access to discounts at over 100 shops. You can save up to 20% at places like ASDA, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Argos and more, making everything from technology to your everyday shop that bit cheaper.

We’re currently recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor! Based in our Basingstoke office you’ll cover our North Hampshire area.

Your time will be split between office working, and time out on-site with your trade team, but the role also allows for hybrid home working. You’ll lead a team of multi-skilled trade operatives, ensuring they deliver a first-class value-for-money repairs service.

To succeed, you’ll bring strong leadership experience, confident communication and a calm approach under pressure. Knowledge of property construction is an advantage, and you’ll need competent IT skills and a drive to meet targets and improve services in a fast‑paced environment.

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Basingstoke!

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and digital enquiries, aiming for a friendly, efficient “right first time” service. Most of the role is on the phone, so clear communication is key. Your first 6 months will be in the office, before we can then offer you hybrid working.

We’re looking for people with great customer service skills and experience in busy environments (contact centre experience is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication, basic IT skills, and the ability to stay calm, adaptable and resilient when things get complex is also a must.
