We’ve transformed the games area at Jervis Drive in Gosport, creating a refreshed space for the community to enjoy.

Good quality outdoor spaces play an important role in our communities, giving people places to get active, spend time together and support their health and wellbeing.

After our Grounds Maintenance team noticed the existing facilities were looking tired, they referred the space to our Assets team, who worked quickly to transform it in just 7 days!

We’ve completed 16 new affordable homes in West Wittering in partnership with Dandara Southern, giving more local people the opportunity to put down roots in this popular coastal community.

The new development brings 12 affordable rent and four shared ownership homes to the village, with a mix of houses and flats designed for modern, energy-efficient living.

And our work with Dandara doesn’t stop here. Together, we’re delivering a further 56 affordable homes across sites in Petersfield and North Mundham.
