Buying our new home really has been a tale of two contrasting halves. On the one hand, you have the well-known High Street agent from who we bought the house and their never ending chain of bumbling mistakes, and on the other hand you have our buyer’s agent Paul.

Paul was incredible from the offset, not only negotiating a fair offer, but preparing a strong case for why we were the ideal buyers for the property. He maintains strong and trusted relationships with solicitors and surveyors, which meant not only were we able to leave him to deal with things, but that our sale (72 days from start to finish) was always prioritised.

So much more importantly than all of that, Paul is a genuinely lovely human being. He made the whole process easy and really saw us as people. We felt looked after, cared for and in extra safe hands.

Paul you really are the best and every time I see your face on that I’m taken sign it makes me smile. There’s no way we’d already be here without you (in fact if left to that High Street agent’s negotiating skills, we might never have been in our dream house at all) We’d recommend your services 110% in a heartbeat, and if we ever fall out of love with the house (unlikely but you never know) you’ll be the first person we call.
