Our first session takes place on 23 June and features singer-songwriter Nicole Allan is known for her powerful vocals, amazing energy and engaging stage presence. Blending country, pop, rock and well-loved classics, she creates the perfect soundtrack for a summer lunch break.

From our all-electric building design and industry-leading environmental certifications to the creation of vibrant public spaces, biodiversity improvements and sustainable travel connections, we’re committed to building a destination that supports both people and planet.

At ONE Station Hill, we believe wellbeing should be woven into the everyday workplace experience — not treated as a one-off initiative.

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, we brought our occupier community together through a range of complimentary activities designed to help people reset, recharge and connect. From Yoga on the Top, Pilates and mindfulness sessions to Dr Bike check-ups and our headline guest speaker event, Mindful Reset for Busy Minds, the week focused on supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. Occupiers also enjoyed energising healthy smoothie shots infused with Lion’s Mane, thoughtfully prepared by .stationhill as an additional wellbeing-focused touch.

Located in the heart of one of Reading’s busiest destinations, creating moments to pause matters. Through initiatives like these — alongside our living green wall, shared spaces and occupier experiences — we continue to focus on creating an environment where people can genuinely thrive.

That people-first approach is central to the vision behind ONE Station Hill and one of the reasons the building was recognised nationally as the UK’s Best Commercial Workplace at the British Council for Offices Awards last year.

Flight Club Takes Over .stationhill at ONE Station Hill🎯

What an incredible evening at Fifteen we had! The team truly delivered — creating a vibrant event for our occupiers , filled with great energy, connection, and unforgettable moments.

Guests enjoyed iconic signature cocktails, synonymous with the Flight Club experience, all set against the stunning backdrop of panoramic views across Reading.

The atmosphere was electric, with plenty of mingling, laughter, and a real sense of community at the very top of ONE Station Hill.

With the official opening of Flight Club just around the corner (TOMORROW!), excitement is building — and we’re confident our occupiers will become regulars at this fantastic new venue😍

It’s all part of creating a workplace people genuinely enjoy being in.

This Easter, the ONE Station Hill community came together in a truly heartwarming way to support those who need it most.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our tenants, we collected over 100 chocolate Easter eggs, which were kindly gathered and coordinated by Royal Berks Charity in support of Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. The eggs will be distributed to paediatric and elderly patients across the hospital, bringing moments of joy, comfort, and celebration during the Easter period.

What began as a simple call for donations quickly turned into a meaningful collective effort — a reflection of the strong sense of community within our building. It’s a reminder that even small gestures can have a powerful impact, especially during times when kindness matters most.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make this possible. Together, we’ve helped spread a little Easter happiness beyond our walls!

Last week at ONE Station Hill ✨

We were proud to host the Reading Tech Cluster Creative Industries SIG — and what a brilliant, high-energy session it was!

Over 50 creatives, innovators and industry voices came together for an evening of fresh ideas, new connections and inspiring conversations about the future of Reading’s creative and tech scene.

Reading Tech Cluster also invited some familiar faces 👀 — local bloggers and creators you’ve probably seen (and follow!). It was great to welcome .hv .sakshi .works .malhotra_ and many more!!!

Organised by REDA ( in partnership with Reading Tech Cluster, the event was a great reminder of just how vibrant and forward-thinking this community is.

This is exactly what Station Hill is all about — bringing people together to connect, collaborate and create 💙

We were delighted to welcome Peter Kyle MP, Secretary of State for Business and Trade, alongside Matt Rodda MP (Reading Central), Liz Terry – Leader of Reading Borough Council, and Nigel Horton-Baker, Chief Executive of REDA, to the relaxed rooftop surroundings of ONE Station Hill.

Located in the heart of one of the UK’s fastest-growing urban centre economies, Station Hill’s regeneration is breathing new life into this important gateway site — combining super prime office space, award-winning homes and a vibrant mix of retail and hospitality.
The majority of floorspace at the award-winning ONE Station Hill is now let, with global occupiers including PwC, PepsiCo, Kenvue and NewFlex embracing the vision of a dynamic, collaborative and amenity-rich destination in the heart of the Thames Valley.

Station Hill is helping to consolidate Reading’s position as a focal point for commercial innovation, collaboration and long-term economic growth. With new retail and hospitality openings arriving later this spring, the destination continues to evolve as a vibrant place to work, live and connect.

It was a pleasure to share the story of this transformational development and discuss how projects like Station Hill support investment, innovation and opportunity for the local economy and across the region.

We are proud to welcome PepsiCo to ONE Station Hill — the 275,000 sq ft Grade A office building at the heart of the Station Hill development.

PepsiCo is one of several major occupiers to have committed to ONE Station Hill, joining PwC, Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson), NewFlex (The Quad) and others — with the building now over 70% let.

Designed as a future‑ready workplace, ONE Station Hill brings together best‑in‑class offices, curated amenities and a growing food and drink offer, all set within a new public realm at Reading’s key gateway.
