Wednesday lunchtime the Haslams marketing team took a walk to View Island, one of Reading’s hidden green spaces between Reading and Caversham on the River Thames 🌳

Our lunchtime route followed shaded riverside paths past Caversham Lock and Weir and Reading Hydro, giving us the chance to appreciate the wildlife, wooden sculptures and even the overgrown ruins of an old hotel.

The walk was a reminder of the fantastic natural spaces on our doorstep and the value of taking time away from our desks to connect with nature🚶‍♀️
