For the time being we have removed the BBQ from Polgear View.

Over the last 48 hours there have been 2 large wild fires, on two Carns in the Redruth area.

We have a duty of care to our guests, livestock, wildlife and surrounding working farms.

We hope you understand the rational behind our decision, and it will be reviewed on a daily basis.

Really doesn’t seem that long ago!

Sadly we have said goodbye to two of our four legged friends since our last season, Minty and Mojo, our beautiful horses. It was very sad for us, but the right thing for them. We still have Barney the Shetland and Bonnie the beautiful bay horse you might have seen.

We didn’t plan to have anymore, our daughter has moved, and her life has changed so much (although her love for her horses has not! 🤣), but we have been joined by this handsome boy from Ireland. Meet Blaze. He’s only young, and not being ridden yet. He’s very inquisitive and still getting used to life here at Polgear View.

Yet again, we’ve had some wonderful guests, and some have already rebooked for 2026!!

So thank you to all of our guests from previous years too.
