Sadly we have said goodbye to two of our four legged friends since our last season, Minty and Mojo, our beautiful horses. It was very sad for us, but the right thing for them. We still have Barney the Shetland and Bonnie the beautiful bay horse you might have seen.

We didn’t plan to have anymore, our daughter has moved, and her life has changed so much (although her love for her horses has not! 🤣), but we have been joined by this handsome boy from Ireland. Meet Blaze. He’s only young, and not being ridden yet. He’s very inquisitive and still getting used to life here at Polgear View.

Yet again, we’ve had some wonderful guests, and some have already rebooked for 2026!!

We work very hard to ensure that every guest has the best experience possible.

We try to put ourselves in the guest’s shoes and ask ourselves “what would we like, if we were staying somewhere ?”
