Yes. That is a bedroom.

It was built in our factory in North Yorkshire. Plastered, wired, clad and tiled, with the windows already in. Then it was driven down and craned onto the house in one morning.

It lands on a steel ring beam, gets bolted down exactly as it sat on the factory floor, and then the roof is tied in over the joints.

The scaffold went up the week before. We strip the tiles, keep the roof watertight and take the old timbers out. The crane does the rest.

A new floor, craned on in a day. About four weeks on site.

Over 310 built. Ten year guarantee.

We often talk about building, delivering, and installing our custom loft conversions, but we rarely show what goes on behind the scenes. This work includes building your truss, installing all the necessary fittings, adding insulation and electrics, plastering and tiling, finishing touches, and finally breaking your project into modules so your Moduloft is ready for delivery to your door.
