What We’re Looking For:

We recently delivered a containerised reverse osmosis solution for a large animal feed manufacturer. It wasn’t just about putting equipment in place; it was about listening to the client and designing something that works for their operators day in and day out.

We provided design, supply, installation and commissioning for this containerised reverse osmosis system. The package includes integrated softened water and treated water storage, duty/standby pumping, GAC pre‑filtration reverse osmosis. We built in conductivity monitoring, a blend facility, VFD‑controlled pumps and a user‑friendly HMI for alarms and controls.

Softener training should be practical, not just theory.

At Siren Water Treatment, our softener training is designed for engineers who need to understand how systems actually work on site, not just how they look in a manual.

✅ Hands-on practical strip-down, rebuild and fault-finding.
✅ Valve operation, including Clack, Fleck, Autotrol and similar control valves.
✅ Critical softener calculations.
✅ Common faults, poor regeneration, hard water breakthrough and softener ssues.
✅ Regeneration cycles and what is happening at each stage.
✅ Principles of ion exchange.
✅ Resin condition, fouling, exhaustion and when replacement is required.
✅ Sizing principles, hardness calculations and site checks.

Our training is engineer-led, practical and focused on real-world fault finding.
