Going to miss these guys, they were perfect buyers who became perfect vendors when they switched agents. Also worth noting properly nice people too!

I’m very nearly human again so today feels like the right time to share the next two I’m preparing this week.

And it’s a Chorlton special!

We’ve got a two double bedroom duplex with its own private garden that feels more like a terrace than a flat for £325,000.
