Lucky Ramen has been confirmed as the first named commercial tenant at Waterhouse Gardens.

The Ancoats-born ramen, sushi and cocktail restaurant will open at the £195m development, next to the AO Arena and Manchester Victoria.

Good momentum across our three Manchester city-centre sites, with Waterhouse Gardens, Obsidian and W Residences Manchester all moving forward ahead of programme. Each unique scheme is taking shape in its own way, and it is good to see the Domis Construction teams busy across all sites as work continues on the ground. Delivery remains firmly on track.

New residents are moving into Waterhouse Gardens as the Ducie Street neighbourhood starts to take shape. With the final residential blocks handing over and the Waterhouse Club now open, our attention is turning to almost 30,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space – with the first commercial tenant announcements expected in the new year.
