It's time for a coffee break. ☕

Meet Wendy Simister, Associate Rural Surveyor at our Salisbury office.

Wendy's career with Woolley & Wallis is a story of progression. She joined as a Rural Administrator after relocating to Salisbury from Liverpool in 2014, steadily took on more of the professional work the rural team delivers, and achieved her AssocRICS qualification in 2023. Today much of her focus is on Red Book Valuations, the kind of detailed, standards-led work that rewards a methodical approach.

It's a discipline that suits her. Colleagues describe Wendy as a safe pair of hands: thorough, reliable, and committed to seeing a job through. She puts much of it down to a piece of advice she's never forgotten, to keep your mind and your ears open, because there's always an opportunity to learn.

That variety, she says, is what keeps the work engaging. No two days are the same, and there's always something new to get involved with.

You can reach Wendy on 01722 424 515 or at [email protected].
