🏡 LANDLORDS – THE NATIONAL RENTAL DATABASE IS COMING! 📢

The private rented sector is changing again, and landlords across England need to be prepared for the introduction of the new PRS Database under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025.

As the system is rolled out, landlords will be required to register themselves and their rental properties, provide key property and compliance information, and registration details will also become important when properties are advertised.

⚠️ Don’t leave it until the last minute.

The rip out has been completed, walls and ceilings have been painted and new carpets have been laid.

We've started fitting the new kitchen as well as one of the bathrooms.
