🏡 Complete Re-Roof Completed by EverCrest Property Care Ltd 🏡

Another roof successfully restored and protected for years to come.

This project involved a complete strip of the existing roof, allowing us to inspect and renew the underlying structure where required. New timber rafters were installed, along with a brand-new breathable felt membrane and treated roofing battens to provide a strong, weatherproof foundation.

To preserve the character of the property and help keep costs down for our customer, the existing roof tiles were carefully removed, professionally de-mossed, cleaned, and reinstalled, giving the roof a fresh new appearance while retaining its original style.

We also upgraded the roof with a new maintenance-free dry ridge system, providing improved ventilation, enhanced weather protection, and a secure ridge line without the need for traditional mortar bedding.

In addition to the roofing works, we also carried out repairs to the chimney and leadwork. The existing lead flashing around the chimney stack was carefully removed and replaced with new lead, ensuring a watertight seal between the roof covering and chimney. This important upgrade helps prevent water ingress and provides long-lasting protection against the elements, while also improving the overall appearance of the roof.

Another happy customer 🤝

Ron came to us feeling frustrated as his driveway had become very difficult to maintain over time. With w**ds constantly growing through and the upkeep becoming too much due to old age, he wanted a long-term solution that would make life easier for him.

We were more than happy to help renew his driveway by carefully scraping back the existing gravel, installing a high-quality w**d suppressant membrane beneath the surface, and laying fresh 10–20mm decorative gravel to give the driveway a clean, tidy, and low-maintenance finish.

Ron was also very pleased to know that some of the funds he paid us would be donated to a very good cause — the NICU charity at Lilliput Hospital, helping support premature and sick babies along with their families. ❤️

Seeing the smile on Ron’s face and shaking his hand at the end of the job is exactly why we love what we do.

Another stunning outdoor transformation completed by the EverCrest team 🏡

This project included a full garden renovation featuring a beautiful porcelain patio finished with charcoal porcelain edging for that clean modern look. We also installed a custom sleeper retaining wall and sleeper step leading up to the higher level of the garden, along with a matching sleeper flower bed to tie everything together perfectly 🌿

To complete the space, we laid fresh new turf, installed stone stepping stones leading to the greenhouse, and created a dedicated porcelain bin area finished with a sleeper border to keep everything looking neat, practical, and organised.

The customer also requested that we put their existing concrete slabs back to use by creating a solid base ready for a new summer house, which will be installed by another company. By reusing the original slabs, we were able to help keep costs down and provide a more cost-efficient solution while working around our customer’s needs ♻️👌

A complete transformation from start to finish — creating a practical, modern outdoor space our customer can enjoy for years to come.

We’d also like to personally thank Chris, as a portion of the funds from this project has been donated to a fantastic cause — helping support premature and sick babies and their families through the QEH NICU Charity ❤️

Progress taking shape nicely on this garden transformation 👌

We’ve been busy installing a new sleeper retaining wall along with a custom sleeper step to create a clean, modern finish and help tie the whole garden together. Really pleased with how this one is coming along already.
