🚨 NEW: Another step in the Renters’ Rights Act 2025🚨

The Government has today announced the next stage of the Renters’ Rights Act, with the new ‘Register your rental property’ service set to launch from 15 December 2026.

The service will be rolled out across England region by region and will require landlords to register themselves and each of their rental properties.

For the East of England, the date regulations commence is 15th January 2027 with the deadline for registering being 14th April 2027.

🏠 What does this mean for landlords?
• Landlords will need to register themselves and each property they let
• Registration will become a legal requirement when your area joins the scheme
• Landlords who fail to register could face a fine

💷 The registration fee will be £65 per property per year.
If you are one of our fully managed landlords, don’t worry, we’ll be able to register your property for you and help make sure you’re prepared for this next stage of the Renters’ Rights Act.
