Fence was falling over due to rotten posts where they meet the ground, customer wanted a reasonably inexpensive fix so we dug out the ground, sunk in and cemented in new posts and bolted the existing posts to those, making the fence solid and good for many more years👌🏻.

Walls moved around in the home making the home feel larger, more sympathetic size windows fitted, patio door access cut out and door fitted,
Old back door location blocked up and re-sited in new position.
Walls and ceilings plaster-boarded and ready to skim.
Soon be time to fit the kitchen and bathroom, hang the doors and fit all skirting and architrave…keep your eyes peeled for the results 👀.

Customer had a few bits of plastering done in a few spots around the house,
Staircase had a really bad joint and bulge mid way..had to be dug out, bonding coat applied to level it out and the staircase skimmed where necessary.
Kitchen had plaster missing where tiles were ripped off, uneven patches and rough areas where the old kitchen had been ripped out.
Re-plastered ready for the new kitchen.
