🏢 CURRENT PROJECT UPDATE 🏢

The Opal Maintenance team are currently on-site at Kintail Gardens, carrying out a large-scale roof moss removal programme across the residential development. 🔨🏡

Many people know us for gutter cleaning and property maintenance, but we also undertake larger residential and commercial projects throughout Scotland.

Over time, moss build-up can:

❌ Retain moisture on roof tiles
❌ Contribute to premature roof deterioration
❌ Block gutters and drainage systems
❌ Affect the overall appearance of a property

One of our teams are carefully removing years of moss accumulation using safe, controlled methods to help protect the roofs and extend their lifespan.

Once completed, treatment works will be carried out to help slow future moss regrowth and keep the roofs cleaner for longer. ✅

This is a fantastic project to be involved with, and we'll be sharing progress photos as the work continues.
