Who loves a Monday?

Monday is when we reset, review and set the tone for the week ahead.

Every week starts with our Directors Review. We look at what worked, what did not, what needs attention and where the biggest opportunities are.

It keeps us focused.
It stops the week running us.
And it makes sure we are working on the things that actually move the business forward.

Mondays are not about starting again. They are about starting with clarity, purpose and a plan.

Hands free should not mean blind

“Hands free” property investing should not mean sending money and hoping for the best.

A good investor should understand:

✅What they are buying.

✅Why it works.

✅What needs doing.

✅What could go wrong.

✅What the likely timescales are.

✅What the exit plan looks like.

The aim is to take work off your plate, not remove you from the decisions.

That is the difference between being hands off and being blind 🙃

We’re currently away in the Philippines on a family holiday (Melissa is Filipina)

We started a property business way back when to leave the London rat race, build a legacy and live life on our terms.

Do you believe in a work / life balance?
