We are consulting with Berryhill Village residents about a proposal to introduce a temporary Resident Experience Coordinator for 12 months.
Following Claire’s move to her new position, Karen has been managing activities and events without paid support. We are proposing a 12-hour-per-week Resident Experience Coordinator to support the current team, activities and resident engagement.
The proposed post would initially run for 1 year, allowing residents and Housing 21 staff to evaluate the benefit of the role.
💷 What would it cost?
The proposed charge would apply to all flats and would be approximately £1.35 per week from April 2027. Please note that this additional charge would not be eligible for Housing Benefit support. The proposed activity service charge would, however, be less than the amount each resident paid during the 2024/2025 financial year.
