📣 We’re delighted to announce that the Department for Work and Pensions - DWP has signed a long-term lease at Faber.

Taking three floors of the building, DWP is expected to relocate its team from Wear View House from April 2027.

The news follows the arrival of Just Eat UK at Maker last year and marks another significant boost for Riverside Sunderland as a destination of choice for major employers.

We can’t wait to welcome DWP to Faber, where it will join a growing community of ambitious businesses at the heart of Sunderland’s regeneration!
