A Little progress update On Williams Quarter in Sunderland town centre.

We are well underway with the top floor first fix finished, moving onto the first and second floor, we are well on schedule for the student intake for the next coming student year. Excited to see the end result of these high end student apartments.

Great progress this week!

The steel frames are now being installed. With the structural framework taking shape, we’re now getting ready for the partitioning stud work to begin.

It’s always exciting to see the project moving from groundwork into the next stage of construction. Step by step.

We’ve been given the green light by Sunderland city council to transform our commercial building into high end studios. We are looking forward to this project and working closely with the main contractor. Watch this space for update as the development progresses 👀

Verdict on developers' bid to turn city centre offices into homes for eight people

Progress is officially underway on our luxury studios within Sunderland City Centre. 🙌

One of the most important early stages of the project was to have the asbestos removed. Specialist contractors are currently on site, removing all asbestos within the building. We are looking forward to watching the progress and seeing this Development coming together. 🏢
