Sorry to anyone who messaged us and is awaiting a response, we work pretty demanding full time jobs.

All applicants have been passed over to our property management company, who deal with the tenanting side of the business.

Nothing is straight forward…

This deal has been over a year in the making, we originally got offered the property July 2021 but with the sheer amount of work the property needed at the time it was not something we could take on.

Fast forward to now…

We have fully completed on this 2 bedroom cottage in Sunderland.

I think the before and afters speak for themselves.

This particular property was financed through investor finance.
