BUILDING WORK PLANNED? 🏗️

This act was created to avoid or resolve disputes in relation to party walls, boundary walls and excavations near neighbouring buildings.

We provide fully qualified party wall surveyors who have in depth knowledge of The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 to help determine whether any proposed works are notifiable under the Act and help prevent neighbourly disputes. Most importantly we are dedicated to resolving problems between neighbours rather than profiting from a dispute, that is why we offer a fixed fee service.

🏆 World Cup Competition Winners!

Back in June, we kicked off a little football-themed competition across the Paul Carr Estate Agents network to add some extra fun to the World Cup — and we're delighted to finally announce the winners! ⚽

🥇 Top Office – Paul Carr Estate Agents Walmley
A fantastic performance from the Walmley team saw them take the top spot. Rajak from Marwood Surveyors visited the branch in person to present the winners' trophy and prize, along with a box of doughnuts for the team to enjoy.

🎩 Hat-Trick Prize Winner – Sophie from Carr Burntwood
Sophie's outstanding performance earned her the individual hat-trick prize — she was presented with her trophy and a box of luxury biscuits to celebrate.
