This one has a lovely little story behind it.

I originally sold the home earlier this year, but sadly the buyer pulled out just before exchange, leaving the owner with an empty house and no clear next step.

A few months later, I sold another client’s home who had actually viewed Bowman Close before and loved it. She was struggling to find somewhere to move to, so I joined the dots.

One phone call to the owner later… and we had a deal. ❤️

Two people who had both found themselves in tricky situations are now moving forward, and I couldn’t be happier for them.

Sometimes good agency is simply remembering conversations, thinking differently and putting the right people together.

I’m absolutely delighted to have agreed a sale on this lovely home in Lorne Street and, as always, there are real people and real plans sitting behind that little “SALE AGREED” sign.

A massive congratulations to my sellers, who have trusted me to help them through the process and can now start looking ahead to their next chapter. ❤️
