Just completed a Loft Hatch and raised floor install ready for the customer to get their Boiler moved
It gives easy safe access into the loft space and due to rasing the floor additional lagging has been installed to keep the heat downstairs

Here's another project I was asked to work on. The couple had moved into the property but the bedrooms needed a lot of love and attention to detail. I've been very busy recently but managed to fit this in to help customer get the rooms livable
So here are pics of the first 2 bedrooms
I stripped off skirtings and Architraves, filled and prepped walls, mist coated newly plastered ceiling in front bedroom, painted ceilings and walls, refitted new Tourus skirting and architraves, I also installed new UPVC window boards and trims, and customer asked me to wallpaper one wall on front bedroom
