I think I might have used the term lovely a little bit too much in this one… But it really is. Small courtyard style development in old town and on the edge of Lawn Woods. It would make a great lock up and leave if you like to escape the British Winters. Safe and secure with allocated parking and a small walled garden that doesn’t take much in the way of maintenance.

Beautifully presented, lovely open plan feel to the downstairs with bifold doors from both the kitchen and living areas.

Unfortunately this one has just come back to the market. We’ve dropped the price as well, it’s now priced at £228,000. A really lovely two bedroom semi detached home, great for first time buyers, and to be fair, I’ve had a few downsizers look at this one too! No one will chain with this one and a decent bit of parking to the side.
