We undertake rating appeals to minimise the amount of Business Rates payable. This involves an evaluation of the rating assessment to determine whether an appeal should be lodged, negotiations with the Valuation Officer, to obtain the optimum result. Rent Reviews
We negotiate rent reviews on behalf of Landlords and Tenants to obtain the optimum rent. Our service also includes the preparation of Submissions and Counter Submissions to Arbitrators/Independent Experts when a negotiated settlement cannot be achieved. Valuations
We provide Valuations of commercial property for all purposes to include bank funding and loan security, taxation, company balance sheet and probate. We are appointed panel valuers for the majority of the high street Banks.
