Not fully managed, the landlord required tenant find only, which included:- advertising, all start up paperwork and collection of deposit and first months rent.
We also assisted in getting the property redecorated, full electrical check and certificate (EICR)

Happy new home day to our tenants. They have waited for a few years for a house to come up for rent in their preferred area to live. House was a previous long term let. Has been fully redecorated, with new carpets to stairs, landing and bedrooms and new flooring to bathroom. Happy tenants. Happy landlord their house is in such good condition.
Thanks to all the local businesses that helped us to achieve this.
