First-time buyers tend to move in any market. If they’ve got their deposit saved and mortgage payments are cheaper than renting, buying still makes complete sense.

It’s some of those second-time movers that have slightly paused over the last couple of years due to higher rates. However, with rates expected to continue easing, Elliot has already started having conversations with many of those buyers as they begin preparing for their next move. 👀
