At Astin's we are the leading provider in the area for quality service to landlords and tenants alike with highly experienced, trained staff all geared towards providing you with a successive letting service from beginning to end. We offer a free assessment to prospective landlords and give advice on realistic rental valuations. We are hiring!

We’re looking for someone to join our busy Lettings company.

📍Office based at 47 Flowergate, YO21 3BB
🕰️ 37.5 hours per week, 9 to 5pm, Mon-Fri
💷 To be discussed depending on experience
🚘 Must have a valid driving license

Admin experience is essential but training will be provided on the industry specifics. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and who works well within small close knit team. Are you organised, motivated and positive in nature? Then send us your CV 😊

We have some sad news to share. After much discussion and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Residential Sales department. This has not been an easy choice, but as those who are in our industry know all too well it has been a tough few years with a lot of instability in the economy and so we feel it is the right decision to now make.

We do, however, want to reassure you that both our Residential Assured Shorthold and Holiday Lettings services remain fully open and will continue to operate through Evolve Lettings and Whitby Holiday Cottages both still based at 47 Flowergate. We look forward to refocusing on being the best in the Lettings business - providing a high-quality, reliable and specialist service for landlords, tenants and holiday property owners alike.

We are ever so grateful for the support of all our clients over the years. This is a new chapter for us, and one that will allow us to grow stronger and strive to be the very best in our sector as the only local business who specialise in ‘all things Lettings’.

Thank you for your understanding. We will be winding down over the next couple of months to see our sales through to completion but will not be taking on any new sales business.
