We are on the look out for a Team Member to join our property team at OV-Group. Our property team are the working cogs of the business and we reply on them to maintain a good image, ensure that our sites are safe and presented as well as carrying our magical refurbishment works to our new and existing sites.
Youβre day to day will look like:
ππ» Working closely on a schedule of works from our operations manager.
ππ» Carrying out general maintenance as scheduled.
ππ» Maintaining our estates on a regular basis.
ππ» Gardening, Jet Washing, Painting & Decorating.
ππ» Low level repairs (tools provided)
ππ» Be involved in refurbishments on low level parts of the jobs.
ππ» Work in line with health and safety legislation.
ππ» Move stock & goods between locations, our site storage and more.
ππππππππππππ:
ππ» 18+ At the time of application.
ππ» Experience in general maintenance required.
ππ» Must be reliable and hold a good attendance record.
ππ» Have no criminal convictions.
ππ» Hold a full UK driving license.
ππ» Be eligible to work within the UK
