👉We receive your initial enquiry to discuss your situation. Are you looking to move or looking to improve?

👉We can either meet onsite to do a simple survey or go from an existing floor plan & photo.

👉 Once we have discussed what your needs are, we can produce simple floor plans which will incorporate these new ideas prior to you committing to either buying or extending.

👉Don’t worry about additional cost, if your "MOVE OR IMPROVE" enquiry option turns into a full planning / renovating project we will reduce the cost of the full planning drawings accordingly.
