York Residential Landlords Association York Residential Landlords Association was founded in 1994 by a small group of landlords living in York.

York RLA is a membership based, non-profit making organisation whose principle aim is to give help and advice to residential landlords. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in property, including; prospective landlords, existing landlords, letting agents and others who support the aims and objectives of our association. We are recognised by City of York Council, North Yorkshire Police and all the academic institutions in York as promoting best practice and representing York's residential landlords. York RLA is a member of York Chamber of Commerce and is affiliated to the nationally based Residential Landlords Association (RLA).
